Cancellation policy

We require a minimum of 12 hours notice for appointment modifications or cancellations. 

Appointments can be modified online via your

confirmation email or alternatively email or call us.
Same day cancellations or missed appointments are not refundable, cancellation fees

will be issued via email for missed appointments.

Please arrive on time to your appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late we will need to re-book your session.
