Cancellation Policy

Due to our high rate of last minute cancellations or non attendance of booked appointments we do need to implement our cancellation policy.

This is applicable for all patients.

Non-attendance of booked appointments require full payment for the appointment. If prepaid, these appointments are non refundable if not attended.

We require a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellations or to re-schedule appointments via phone, voicemail, email or in person.
